Amadeus was a taxidermy tortoise involved in an extended performance art project in which he was re-evaluated as a deity, he was taken to visit various monuments, attend festivals, and indulge in all the pleasures of the human world. I wrote a form of marques de sade influenced bible and designed an altar which would be a prayer space for devotees of the religion.

The Altar includes many tortoise-related sculptures, small bottles of absinth and, cigarette packets representing his love of over indulgence, phallic candlesticks and babies with snail shells representing his fertility
